our philosophy

Simplast places people, and their safety and health in the workplace at the center of its activities. Through continuous information sharing, as well as constant training meetings, we pursue the improvement of health and safety conditions in our organization. It is our belief that achieving environmental and economic sustainability requires high safety, quality and health standards in the workplace.
The focus of our company is on the pursuit of full satisfaction and professional achievement of our employees and contractors. The basis of this belief is respect for the dignity of the individual, the professional and personal growth of our employees, and their involvement in the company's objectives. We are convinced that our success on the market depends on constant education and training of our employees, a safe working environment, and all the initiatives aimed at stimulating personal initiative in a context of meritocracy and personal responsibility.
Environmental protection is our prerogative and a fundamental basis of our concept of sustainability. Our efforts are oriented in the direction of reducing the productive impacts on the environment as much as possible, in order to protect the territory and its community.
We care about the area and the community we are a part of, and our focus is always on the legacy we will leave to future generations. This attitude leads us not only to comply with the regulations in force, but to actively pursue, with feasible policies, the road to sustainable development, both from an environmental and social point of view, contributing to the growth of the community in which our company is located. Our belief is that this development is achieved by investing in a careful environmental protection policy, limiting the use of natural resources and reducing the pollution of our production processes, trying to zero solvent emissions into the air and increasing the reuse of waste in a process of recovery and recycling. Circular economy is the belief that drives us to continuous investments in recovery and treatment plants.
Our main target is the complete satisfaction of our customers' expectations. Our responsibility in relation to the quality of the product that comes out of our production lines is backed up by a commercial, after-sales and logistics service, that provides our partners with peace of mind regarding product packaging issues, in full compliance with the agreed commitments.
We are BRC certified and since we are mainly aimed at the food industry, we guarantee the absolute safety and compliance of our product within the scope of the regulations in force. For this purpose, we adopt a hygienic self-control system, based on risk analysis and continuous improvement.
Respect for business ethics is essential to us. We maintain respectful and mutually beneficial relationships with our selected suppliers and strive to align them with our values. We develop long-term relationships with them, in the conviction that the quality of the relationship increases with a mutual exchange of views and the sharing of projects, and that the quality of our products is proportional to the synergy created.
We export to many European and non-European countries and the added value we want to add to the quality of our product is the credibility of our being. We are committed to ensuring that "Made in Italy" is not only a concept of taste or design but also a professional profile of reference
